What am i doing?

I'm doing Weight Watchers.

I'm doing SparkPeople....and it's FREE.

Yes, that's my favorite word, FREE....but even more so than that, it has such amazing tools such as a food tracker, a exercise tracker, water tracker, blogs, teams and food plans.

I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but i do know that i love this program!  I've had friend who tell me that this site does not work for them; but i've found, for me, this site rocks and give me hope that i can be the healthy woman that i want to be.

Everyone IS different. And that's the beauty of life.  Whether it's counting points, low-carb, nutrisystem, or whatever you follow to meet your own goals, finding what works for you and what you will commit to do daily in your own life is a huge piece of the puzzle, i think.

For me, i am going to make the commitment to SparkPeople.

Through SparkPeople's groups,  meeting others who have my struggles because for the longest time, i thought that only i had the thoughts about food and the issues i had. I truly thought that i was the only one....to find out that there are others who struggle daily with the same things that i struggle with was a blessing.
