Goals

Like everyone who is on a weight loss journey, i have goals. Some are in the exercise department, some are in the clothing department, and some of my goals, well, are just personal goals.  I do think that it's important to have goals; it gives you something else to focus on than just loosing weight.  This list is a work in progress as i'm sure that as i change, this list will also change.

  1. To become a runner
  2. To run in a 5K
  3. To run in a half marathon
  4. To run in a whole marathon
  5. To loose 70 more pounds (putting me at 130 lbs)
  6. To become a vegatarian
  7. To help someone else with their weight goals/exercise goals
  8. To run in my neighborhood in the mornings and not in the dark
  9. To never have to shop at Lane Bryant again
  10. To make exercise a part of my everyday life
