Like everyone who is on a weight loss journey, i have goals. Some are in the exercise department, some are in the clothing department, and some of my goals, well, are just personal goals. I do think that it's important to have goals; it gives you something else to focus on than just loosing weight. This list is a work in progress as i'm sure that as i change, this list will also change.
- To become a runner
- To run in a 5K
- To run in a half marathon
- To run in a whole marathon
- To loose 70 more pounds (putting me at 130 lbs)
- To become a vegatarian
- To help someone else with their weight goals/exercise goals
- To run in my neighborhood in the mornings and not in the dark
- To never have to shop at Lane Bryant again
- To make exercise a part of my everyday life
